Pros: Great all in 1 unit!! very easy to install Cons: Screw holes are in the wrong place, making it impossible to get it lined up corrrectly in my case. Sits too far in. I had to drill new holes in my case to get it in right. Other Thoughts: Be really careful if you install this on a PC you're just building. I didn't pay attention, but the extra readers too up drive letters a-g! My first hard drive is letter H!! Better to build the hard drives first, then install this after you install your OS.
